These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and qg333 ("qg333", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the website located at qg333.app and all associated services, products, games, and content offered therein. By accessing the qg333 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement in the version current at the time of your use.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. qg333 operates exclusively as an online entertainment platform providing casino games, sports betting, and specialty games to adult players located in Bangladesh. References to "Bangladesh" throughout this document mean the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the qg333 platform and close your account by contacting [email protected]. Continued use of the platform is considered unambiguous acceptance of these terms.

qg333 reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or its services at any time. qg333 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative and controlling version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Access to and use of the qg333 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years of age. qg333 operates a strict 18+ age policy and will not knowingly provide services to any person under the legal gambling age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local laws.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
• You have not previously had a qg333 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a qg333 employee or contractor.

If qg333 discovers at any time that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out above, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any balance returned minus any bonus amounts received. If the account was used while underage, qg333 reserves the right to withhold the entire balance and report the matter to appropriate authorities.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the qg333 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their location. qg333 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in every jurisdiction.

To access the full range of qg333 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal account on the qg333 platform. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals in Bangladesh.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. qg333 is not responsible for any consequence arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

One Account Per Player: Each individual may register and maintain only one qg333 account. If qg333 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, identity documents, or any other means — all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be forfeited at qg333's sole discretion.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qg333 immediately at [email protected]. qg333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

KYC Verification: qg333 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players will be required to submit identity documents — which may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification — before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification may also be required at any other time at qg333's discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period may be suspended.

• Accepted identity documents: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo ID.
• Accepted address verification documents: utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Edited or falsified documents will result in immediate permanent account closure.

All account balances on qg333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion and no foreign exchange fee. qg333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed below. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are subject to change and may vary by payment method.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳200; credited instantly to your qg333 account balance.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳200; credited instantly to your qg333 account balance.
• Rocket — Minimum deposit ৳300; credited instantly to your qg333 account balance.
• Upay — Minimum deposit ৳300; credited instantly to your qg333 account balance.
• Visa / Mastercard — Minimum deposit ৳500; credited within 1–5 minutes subject to card network processing.

Withdrawal Processing: qg333 targets a withdrawal processing window of 1–6 hours for mobile wallet payouts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) following completion of KYC verification. Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. qg333 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which qg333 is not responsible.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the qg333 account.
• A minimum of one successful deposit must have been made before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements as described in Section 5.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
• qg333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

qg333 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms below and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and, where specified, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• Standard wagering requirements are stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games. Contribution rates are stated in the specific promotion terms.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the qg333 platform. Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and minimum/maximum bet limits are displayed within each individual game or betting market and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Sports Betting:

• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the ICC for international cricket events, FIFA for football competitions).
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. qg333 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during periods of live action where the integrity of pricing cannot be maintained.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 48 hours from the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be void and stakes refunded unless specifically stated otherwise in the market rules.
• qg333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price due to a technical error or human input mistake, even after the event has concluded.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed in the relevant market.

Casino Games:

• All qg333 casino games — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and specialty titles — use certified random number generators (RNG) or live physical outcomes streamed in real time.
• RTP percentages for all slot games are available within the game information panel. qg333 does not manipulate RTP in real time.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game round, the round will be treated as void and the bet amount refunded to the player's account balance.
• qg333 is not responsible for disruptions to gameplay caused by the player's internet connection, device performance, or browser compatibility.

As a registered player on qg333, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful recreational gambling purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. The following obligations are binding on all players at all times.

You must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, KYC verification, and any subsequent requests from qg333 for account information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share your username or password with any other person.
• Notify qg333 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own name.
• Play in good faith and within the spirit of the game rules applicable to each product.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling.

You must not:

• Use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games on qg333.
• Attempt to exploit any bug, glitch, or technical error in the qg333 platform. Any winnings obtained through a known technical error must be returned and may be voided.
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the qg333 platform.
• Collude with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any qg333 software or game engine.
• Use a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.
• Create a new account after having been permanently banned from qg333.
• Make any public statement about qg333 that is false, defamatory, or misleading.

qg333 reserves the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these obligations. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

Either you or qg333 may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: If you wish to close your qg333 account, you may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Before your account is closed, qg333 will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Responsible Gaming Closures: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a time-out (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or self-exclusion (6 months, 1 year, or permanent) at any time. Closure by qg333: qg333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against qg333.
• Bonus abuse or use of prohibited betting strategies.
• Underage gambling or failure to confirm age eligibility.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where qg333 closes an account due to a proven breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance (including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds) may be forfeited at qg333's discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

This Agreement — and the obligations arising from it — survives the closure of your account with respect to any activity, transaction, or dispute that arose during the period your account was active.
